|Day 1 - Couch to Saitama

I'm going to try a workoutplan that I have made up. It's called Couch to Saitama.
I'm going to start off by doing 5 jumping Jacks, 5 Push ups, and 5 squats . Next week I am going to increase to 10, and the week after 15 etc etc.
I'm posting here cuz... really, who pays attention to livejournal anymore?
